In developing these catfish rods, the goal was to create the best rod suitable for fishing in both medium and larger rivers where long-distance baiting is required. The rod has enough strength in its lower part, similar to our strongest rod in the Bestie series, but with a finer tip that ensures the right experience when fighting a catfish.

So if you are looking for a versatile rod for catfish fishing from the shore, the Kerberos model is the right choice. The rods have been tested by our team across Europe, led by our collaborator Peter Schmidt, who mainly operates on the Italian major river Po.
The construction of the metal guides LTC (guides without ceramics) ensures that the guides are not damaged during transport. The lower part of the rods is equipped with a metal end cap with a rubber stopper. Another feature is the metal stylish and very robust seat, which allows you to secure your reel firmly so that it does not loosen during the fight. The reel connection is secured with two nuts, with a rubber washer placed between them, which is a necessity for rods in this category! The ergonomic handle made of Eva material has been carefully developed to provide maximum comfort when fighting a large catfish and has the right diameter for a firm grip of the rod.
