Thanks to its design with a floating ring, the bait keeper floats on the surface. The longer top strap with a loop allows you to attach the bait keeper to a boat or canoe, keeping live bait always within reach.
On the lower outer part, there is a loop for weighting the bait keeper, and on the inside, there is a zippered pocket where you can place a stone or weight as ballast.
