The creator of these hooks is Korda consultant Tom Dove, who wanted to create a hook with an extra wide shape that would have equally aggressive hooking properties as the Kurv Shank hook. To this was added a gently curved tip inward and the Krank hook shape was born. A hook that is most effective with a maximally simple knotless rigging!



Tom originally intended to create a hook that would be ideal for his favorite muzza rig, but as it turned out later, the Krank hook is very versatile and can be used in multiple ways. Not only will you hook more fish with it, but you will also land more on the bank!
