FishReveal ™

With this brand new feature, previously available only in higher-end models, fish can be found and identified more easily. The FishReveal feature combines the display of the classic proven Lowrance CHIRP sonar and the detailed high-resolution bottom structure view of DownScan Imaging ™. This means there is no need to split the screen into multiple parts, but both views can be monitored simultaneously.

Genesis Live

Genesis Live is a feature that allows you to create contour maps while on the move. Create your own map of uncharted waters using contours that can be set from as little as 15cm. The map can be created directly on your HOOK Reveal device, and all you need is any MicroSD card (max. 32GB) that you insert into the card slot. All you have to do is activate the Genesis Live feature, and the map will start saving automatically to the inserted card. No software installation is required; everything can be done directly on your sonar display.



Autotuning

Autotuning is a feature that makes using your sonar easier. You will spend more time fishing and less time setting up. The sonar will ensure the best possible settings for you, and it will automatically adjust these settings when conditions change.



Control

Easy control through the HOOK Reveal keyboard allows for easy navigation in the menu, selection of options, and access to individual functions via a simple menu layout and keyboard.



The HOOK Reveal 5 sonar is now available with the following transducers:

HDI 83/200 kHz - A transducer suitable primarily for shallow waters (inland waters). The ability to change the sonar beam angles between 120 and 60 degrees has been newly added. The transducer includes Med/High CHIRP, DownScan imaging, and FishReveal ™ features.
HDI 50/200 kHz - A higher power transducer for deeper waters (sea). The ability to change the sonar beam angles between 20 and 60 degrees has been newly added. This transducer includes Low/High CHIRP, DownScan imaging, and FishReveal ™ features.
